Wet your sponge under running warm water until it softens slightly. Use the soft side to lather up against your skin and wash head to toe. Use the bumpy side to exfoliate any dry areas of skin. During your shower or bath, leave your sponge out of water to keep it useable for longer. Set aside to dry.
