Changing your order is possible if we are still in the making stages. Once you have received your email from DPD regarding your delivery we cannot recall and change your order. If in doubt, please just drop us an email on info@thesoapshop.net detailing the changes you wish to make and one of our team will be happy to help.

We always work as quickly as possible to make your products. Your order will be dispatched via 24 hour delivery with DPD. Once your order has been collected you will receive an email from DPD with your tracking details and a delivery timescale. If in doubt, please feel free to email us for an update on your order oninfo@thesoapshop.netand one of our team will be happy to help you.
MY TRACKING DETAILS SAY MY PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?
Please send us an email on info@thesoapshop.net with your order number and tell us you haven’t received your parcel even though it is showing as delivered. We can log into DPD’s system and check the status for you. When DPD deliver your parcel, they should always take a name and photographic proof of delivery. Where parcels have been delivered to a neighbour, safe space or reception area, this often helps to resolve the issue and locates the parcel.
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY COST?
Delivery on orders over £40.00 is free. For orders under £40.00 delivery is charged at £5.50.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HAND MADE?
We make, mix, colour and fragrance every single product we make, by hand, with love. We are able to ensure a good consistent level of quality this way. There’s nothing we love more than creating beautifully fragranced and coloured products for people to enjoy! As all of our products are hand made, some differences with the way products look will happen. No two bars of soap that we make are the same! Each product we make is it’s own little piece of art, carefully created by the person that made it. Each member of our team has their own artistic license and we encourage them to put their own spin on each and every product they make.
