Refunds and returns policy

If you want to return your order or an item from it, please send us an email on info@thesoapshop.net with the subject line ‘Return’, detailing the items you want to send back to us. 

We ask that your return reaches us within 14 days from the day you received it. We will process your refund upon receipt of the returned item(s) and send you a confirmation email to say we have received your return. Please note all returned items must be in unused condition, in their original packaging. 

Once received, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Please note that if you are returning the goods because you have changed your mind, then please be aware we will not be able to refund the postage or any of the cost incurred for returning the goods.

If you receive an incorrect product, or if any items are damaged, please send us an email on info@thesoapshop.net with the subject line ‘Damages’, detailing either the incorrect product or damaged item with an accompanying photo of the products and postal box. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
